I bought this package, but none of the included poses works for the shirt. Upper arm and shoulders comes through the shirt in every pose. I have tried to mail this problem to the mailaddress in the readme-file for the product, but no answer so far.. What more can I do with this problem?

Hi,
I emailed the vendor to see if they could come in here and help you. Also have you tried sending them a sitemail by chance? If not you may want to do that as well.

I have not heard anything yet, so I just did what you suggested, sendt a sitemail. If nothing happens, will I get my money back because of something wrong with the Item I bought?

They have not responded to me either. If you would like a refund I will be happy to issue an instore credit for it. Just let me know the order number

Funny, I cant find the product in my list at your place, bought it 27. october 2018. But I just got an answer from Halcyone, so everything is ok now, thanks!
