i'm subscribed to newsletters and haven't gotten one since late October. How can I get the free item that was given out in the newsletter the first week of November? It was a dining room scene. I want the item since I am subscribed and haven't received one since end of October. They are not in spam or junk folders, and they aren't in my rendo folder. They just didn't come.. I need to know who to contact to here to get the item that was offered in my missing newsletter. Not my fault I haven't received my newsletters.

Actually Sepat, the scene I rendered for my Thanksgiving Day card used a wall/floor/backdrop item I got at DAZ3D years ago, and the chairs are from a freebie product at the HiveWire 3D store. The freebie was only the table, with all the food and Thanksgiving goodies on it.

I'll also send them a note you need some assistance with the newsletter and getting the free item. It's Thanksgiving weekend, so you might not get a response until Monday. Hang in there, we'll get it sorted out.

And thanks MissB. I'll look at HW for the chairs.
Trying to make a quasi old timey scene and the table and chairs would be perfect without having to spend money I don't have.

OK, just take note . . . I changed the texture of the chairs, so that's not exactly what they're going to look like.

Thanks wolfenshire and MissB. I heard back from Jenn and got the link and they're going to look into the newsletter issue. It just started being dropped in October and don't know what happened unless it was an issue with provider (xfinity) or msn. My money is on Xfinity who is always having outages.
