I'm curious about how to get signed up for the affiliate program. I filled out the stuff several months ago and have had no response.

Yeah, same here. I signed up about two months ago, but haven't heard anything back yet.

I have just looked at this and apparently I wasn't receiving email notifications of pending affiliate applications. I've since went through this list and approved/denied all pending applications.
My apologies for the confusion.
