As the header says, I'm using Poser Pro 11 on Win 10 Pro and having problems. The system was purchased new in 2016 (virgin system, virgin Poser installation build 11.1.0.34764):

Alienware 17 laptop: Windows 10 Pro, 32GB RAM | Intel Core i7-6700HQ (Quad-Core, 6MB Cache 3.5GHz) | Onboard Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M 3GB GDDR5 1028 CUDA Cores | Alienware Graphics Amplifier: GeForce GTX 980 ti 6GB (006G-P4-4996-KR) 2816 CUDA Cores

When I do certain things, the software pauses, the system "spins for a few seconds" and then the software gets unresponsive and I see a message at the top of the window: "Not Responding." This lasts for about 15-30 seconds, then everything starts working fine again.

I'm really reluctant to reinstall Poser (mainly it's a hassle, and I'm really busy with two projects right now and don't want to risk derailing them if I have problems reinstalling Poser).

Does anyone have any thoughts or guidance toward things I could look at before taking the drastic step of uninstalling and reinstalling the software again?
