First of all... Happy New Year!!!!!!!
I placed one last order last night ( Order #: 113283022 · Purchased on Dec 31, 2018) except for some reason my payment wouldn’t go through. I think there was a glitch with my banking website because I was not able to access my account either when I went to check if something was wrong (I knew that I had a sufficient amount of money on that card to cover my purchase). In fact this morning everything is back to normal, I was just wondering if I will still be getting double reward points for that purchase?

Hi, I deleted that order so you can re-purchase it using the payment method that works best for you. But you will not receive double points!

Ok, Well I wanted to take advantage of the double points and since they probably won’t be valid on the new order then I will put it off for now. Thanks anyway! Happy new year!
