When I download the assets they are unzipped, so I put them in the DAZ directory in the locations prescribed, but don't have access to them in DAZ. Any assistance in this regard would be great.

Ok, I see the material in the Content Library, so I'm able to apply them. For some reason they don't show under Smart Content though.

I need assistance with one of the products I purchased, RP Fads Sneakers for Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 Females. When I try to fit the sneakers on a Genesis 8 female I get the message that I've chosen to fit an unsupported item to the figure. In the error dialogue box there is a dropbox where it asks "What figure was the item originally designed for?"; Genesis 8 Female isn't an option. When the shoes load onto Viewport the right shoe's parent is the right foot and the left shoe's parent is the left foot, but the shoes are next to the respective feet instead of on them. Since I am new to Rednerosity I do not have the ability to reach out to Rhiannon, who made the product. Thank you in advance for your help.

From what you are describing, it sounds like maybe you're trying to use the G3 version on G8, and/or perhaps the G3 versions was inadvertently installed to the G8 directory.

Hmmm. I checked the directories and it seems the files have been placed correctly.
