not sure if this has been posted up here before, but the quality of the textures on the site makes this one of the first choices to look to when trying to source a texture

https://texturehaven.com/ seems to be similar and has some of the same textures up but also has them in png format though the files do get big
https://hdrihaven.com by the same people is good for hdris up to 16 k
