I emailed you a few days ago asking for a refund for Order#: 113294741 as the seller was unable to help me with the program (doesnt create thumbnails as stated) and suggested I asked for a refund but I have had no reply, is this normal that you dont get a reply for days?? or has my email got lost in cyberspace lol mxx
