Subject: Refund Request

I went looking through my Poser runtime today to see if I had yet to install a recently purchased item. It turns out that I did download it from here, but have not installed it. It was at this time I noticed that the item is actually for DS ONLY. I've not made a mistake like this ever since being a member here, and I feel quite embarrassed about asking about this, but is there a way I can get a refund for the item, or even a store credit? I'll even try spending the credit in the same vendor's store so they don't miss out on the monies. Honestly, I don't render in DS, and I'm still just using Poser7 [yes, yet another embarrassing thing to admit...sigh].
