On may 10th, I purchased and thought that I had downloaded Wysteria with hair successfully. I unzipped the zip and the only thing that was contained inside was one file that is needing a selected program to open. There are no other folders or files except this one file that I am unable to open. I scanned all of the posts in the forum and found nothing that I could use to solve my delima. I then went into Chat and went through the whole process of my problem there. They thought that it was a bad download. I went back to download and try again...but the download button is not there anymore. Please help! I am like a kid with a new toy that I can't play with! Lorraunni :-)
