On saturday i tried to purchase a particular set (on sale) and got a "Card refused due to security checks" message. I tried a different card and same response. Tried the first one again a while later and still the same. I phoned the bank and they told me that all three payments had actually been charged. So it appears i have paid three times and not got the set (which is no longer on sale).
I have emailed the store@ email address a couple of times but not had a response at all. Am i able to get two of the charges refunded to my card and the set added to my library? It was: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/?ViewProduct=136417

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, Your card will not be charged as we do not have an order for you.The Hold on your card will be released in 3 to 5 business days.

Hi, The cards were both charged already and the money had left my account(s). The three transactions are not showing there now...
So is there anyway to get the set at the sale price, or will i need to buy it at full price now?

Deacon will be contacting you. I believe he is going to put it back on sale for you to get the discount
