could swear I can identify 99.9% of all her outfits from any store.. but this one I see for the first time.. somehow it skipped my attention and I just love its cuts, shape and sleeves.
Anyone can identify it please? If not by name.. even just the vendor who's created it would be helpful info to locate it.

It has been identified.. :)
It's the Witchery Dress by Pretty3D with a satin shader.. looks completely different that's why it fooled me since I already own it! :)

Some artists (I do that too) will change and combine hairs, dresses, turning off visible materials, parts... making it look like a single whole new figure but actually it's made up of more than one figure. I like her dress and the girl's very pretty too
