Okay... the one time, in a zillion years, I follow a trail to Content Paradise.... and they're moving. Here.
I tried to avoid having to ask by searching the crap out of this site, but I cannot find anything that could be called an ETA for completion.
So what time-frame can I plan for for the move to be completed?

Don't quote me, but I don't think "Content Paradise" as a whole is moving here. What I believe is happening is vendors who had stores at CP, now have the option to move their individual store products here. Whether they'll all be doing so, that's another question I haven't got an answer to, and IIRC, it was stated it will take a fair amount of time to get everything here in the store.

Fair enough - that's a lot more than what you get from the CP site (and what they say looks a bit different):

Again, I'm not sure, but that might refer to the SmithMicro items created for use in Poser, not items created by other vendors. In that case, there "might" be a store for CP or SM, though I think SM only sells the Poser software here, but I could be mistaken now that the CP store is closed.

Hello.
We put out an open invitation to any vendor who was brokering at CP to come here. 
Those that did have their items in the store, or are still working on releasing those. Such as MeshBox who is working on many products to put in the store. Some can be found [HERE])https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/?TopID=792131) or in their stores. If you check the vendor listing you will see some familiar names from CP.
