Subject: Resetting a model to zero (not simly zeroing dials)

I have a model that measures say 4 feet in the Poser world but I want it at 2 feet. All of my morphs are also created at 4 feet. If I load the figure at a scale of 50% when I apply the morphs, they will all scale it back up to 4 feet. If I load the model at 100%, then load all the morphs, then simply scale it down using the scale dial and save that, the model will now load into the scene correctly but the dials will now say 50% scale which is fine for me but rubbish for distribution.

Is there a way to either reset the dials so that the 50% size is now 100%? Alternately, is there a way to load the morphs at a smaller scale without manually having to scale them in another program first? As a last resort, does anyone know of a way to simply redefine the size of OBJs without retopologising them? I'm trying to do so in 3DS Max and every time I do, the model reports back the wrong number of vertices when I try to add the morphs.

Thanks in advance.

Simplest way to get a scaled object:

  1. export wavefront obj from Poser
  2. import the same file back into Poser, but reduce the scale in Posers import dialog to your liking 😃
