This is a summary of a post from the old Smith Forum.
While we wait for an internal AI Denoiser for Poser, there are external AI denoisers that will denoise an image file like a PNG. We found one that uses an Nvidia video card and one that uses the CPU.
Nvidia: https://declanrussell.com/portfolio/nvidia-ai-denoiser/
CPU: https://github.com/DeclanRussell/IntelOIDenoiser/releases
Since they are command line apps, Taoz created a GUI app for the denoisers. Available here: https://taosoft.dk/software/freeware/dnden/
While external denoisers aren't as precise as an internal one, but they can be very powerful. This render took 10 minutes in Superfly.

The Intel Denoiser for which Declan Russel also made a command-line, also works well for renders. Different lighting situations produce better or worse results between the nVidia and the intel denoise versions : my issues mostly are colour-banding results.
