I've come to love ADH3D's shop for being only places to find good 30s-40s friendly cars and props. I'm very interested in his World War II outfits (since they're kind of a rarity besides Tannenbaums stuff) and I especially want his authentic US WWII pilot outfit for my ideas...but I see his stuff is made for specific 3rd party figures.

I've contacted him asking this but in case he doesn't respond: anyone who's bought his clothing options, can they be reworked for Daz genesis models or are they incompatible?

Many thanks!

Hi, DS doesn't have a map to apply ADHD's clothing to Genesis. DAZ did create V/M 4 fits for Genesis, and V5/M5 fits for Genesis 2, etc... up the line to the next higher model. This is tedious, and not guaranteed to walk all the way from V4 to V8!! The only thing I can think of that would (Probably) work would be to use the object file from ADH3D's items, force fit them onto the Genesis figure you want to use and then Set up the Autofollow process in DS.
The other items (Tannenbaum) are also Poser M4/V4.... but they have a tedious path, rather than a "well, it would help if you were a clothing creator" path! Hope this helps you!

It looks like a lot of those clothes are for Poser Models rather than M4. Getting those ported are a lot trickier, and will be a manual process you probably don't want to be bothered with. If they are for M4, there are existing scripts that can be used to get them to fit the genesis line with varying results.

Technically you can get any clothing to fit if you're willing to spend the time. Sometimes a lot of it.
