What were you trying to do?
What do you want to complain about?
(A quick test just worked for me, even when I had to make a correction. But I MAY have rights you do not.... so that's doesn't rule out your error.)

Oops, just now came back and saw your response. My Poser Pro 11 has stopped working. "Maximum number of activations has been exceeded." I've tried re-installing and deleting old prefs but can't get past this.

https://pgportal.smithmicro.com/product-licenses , login, click on poser 11 in the list of products , when it brings up the license check the advanced options box, then click remove all clients. You can only do this every 30 days.

Consider me insane if you wish, but is your reality any better?

DO NOT go to the SmithMicro site. They don't own Poser any more and nothing over there actually works any more. Renderosity owns Poser. Go here: https://www.posersoftware.com/downloads you will need your serial number that came with Poser originally. You can install the new version without losing your existing content just hook up your external runtimes and all your stuff will still be there. Since you already have Poser you don't need the legacy zips. But, you may want to grab the bonus content.

In your serial number: everything that looks like a Zero or O, is a zero. Everything that looks like a | is a one,1.
