Hi I'm new to Poser pro 11 and I ran into this problem. I am using the Display>Cartoon color. But when I render the preview I get the grouping box for an imported group of props. Is there any way to make this box invisible? Thanks

I think you make it invisible by going into the Hierarchy menu and clicking the eye icon to off.

No that makes everything in the group invisible I just want the wireframe group indicator to be invisible. Thank you anyway for your answer.

You might want to ... AFTER you have your scene set up OR temperarily for your toon render turn OFF the grouping. It's a small hasstle I know, but it will rid you of the grouping box.

@ Boni: what exactly do you mean by turning off the grouping? Is there a switch for doing this?

What I would do is click on the offending box, then do a search for "100" (for 100% transparency) as a material. In my system it is C: Users Poser 11 Content Runtime libraries Materials Cartoon BikerGirl 100% Transparent.mz5) Then I would apply the 100% transparency to the box. See if that works. (Yikes! I tried to put spaces before and after the slashes to make them show up. It didn't work)

That does nothing because you see it is not a real piece of geometry but an indicator that represents the group. Thanks anyway.

What I'll have to do in lieu of a better way ( that has been alluding me thus far) is reparent everything in the group after positioning then render the preview. I hope for a better way so I can keep the group.
