Strange line around gENESIS 8 Male, exported DSON, to poser.
outline is appears to follow the actual Morph of the figure but the figure is not snapping to the Morph parameter, weight mapping issue? or something else?

Check your geometry line settings and comic book settings in the drop down at the bottom of the preview window AND the geometry line settings in the MAT room.

That has to do with genesis's version o of subdivision. It shouldn't render.

Set sub-d to zero in DSON.
^^^ that.
By default, figure rez is set to "High Definition", and SubD is set to 1 for the G8 figures in DS, if memory serves. Back in DS, crank that back down to "Base Resolution" (which also dumps off the SubD to zero) before you export, and you should be better off.
(no guarantees, but it seems to make the most sense based on what I'm seeing up there.)
