I've done searches on my Poser 11 Content folder and on the Smith Micro folder, can't seem to find them. I did check the "back up my preferences" option during installation.

Thank you, I found the folder you showed me. I don't have that subfolder at all (RenderPresets), I guess it got erased somehow. >_< Oh well, I have a lot of saved scenes I can yank some from, so all is not lost, just a minor PITA.

Next time just select to retain your preferences during install. I haven’t had any problems losing settings on a re-installation

I chose to retain my preferences, but also just copied the appropriate files from the Roaming folder I wanted to retain. Retaining my preferences did the trick, so I just moved the saved files to my external hard drive, just in case. 😉

I did choose to retain my preferences, the program just chose to ignore my choice there. xD I can tell this is going to be a fun relationship already. I guess I should be used to it, I have cats.

I just found out Poser 11 and Poser 11 Pro save their presets in differently named folders.

** Poser 11 Pro**: users/(user name)/AppData/Roaming/Poser Pro/11

** Poser 11 Standard:** users/(user name)/AppData/Roaming/Poser/11

You need to manually copy your presets from the old folder to the new one!

I actually finally found it, and the problem was a non-standard installation that it did differently this time than the last time. My C drive is for booting up only, all that's supposed to be on there is my OS, so I install to my E drive. I have my Users folder on my E drive as well and last time it used that, but this time it created a new one on my C drive and put my stuff in there. >__< Bad installer, naughty! But at least I found it. Whew. Boy, stuff just really doesn't like you to choose your own installation destinations these days.

I know, and it's gotten so I expect something like this to happen each, and every, time. ~shakes head~
