Rendered using SuperFly - the cornea materials need fixing, but otherwise - show the vintage assets some love !!

This is the Winter Queen character set which came with Poser 6 when it was owned by e-Frontier, a Japanese software company. Figure is Jessie.

I seem to remember this. I think I still have it somewhere.
Jules53757 posted Fri, 04 October 2019 at 1:40 PM
It was only included in the early buyers pack

I still have Winter Queen Jessie somewhere, too.
Her outfit was supposed to be shiny, IIRC. Like polished metal. I guess the materials don't work in Superfly.

There are no dashed connectors but the textures will need extensive rework.

Zygote Nude Muscle Man in Poser Pro 11.2 as rendered with SuperFly (and a posing trunk texture map) and subdivision level set to 2.
I've had this figure for a very long time, November 2003, and still like his body shape.
It was fun to do this quick render with him again.

I still have a Poser 1 Man and Woman in my runtime along with the Poser 2 Hi and Lo figures.
I'm planning on using these more lightweight figures for background crowds. Shouldn't be very resource heavy and yet still look good enough at a distance and/or with DOF.
So fun to revisit these!

Yep, the old figures are good for background use and even ugly old Judy can be utilized for a variation or two in crowds but Jessi... words fail me. Deformed, disproportionate arms, weird overall shape... nah, I'll pass.

Each to their own, I guess - I like Jessi.- actually I prefer the SM figures over the DAZ figures - It is nice to have normal sized people.

This thread inspired me to dig up Winter Queen Jessie. I still have the disk. It didn't want to install, because it couldn't find Poser 6 on my system. I tried to direct it to my external runtime, and it installed into Program Files (x86) instead. Without any indication of where it installed. Took me awhile to find it.
I moved it to the P11 Content runtime, and she loaded up fine. I'd forgotten she came fully dressed. Here's what she looks like rendered in Firefly, so presumably close to how she was supposed to look?

Which is it? Jessi, or normal sized people? Nothing "normal" about Jessi with her ludicrously long torso and ridiculously short arms.
Make yer mind up. ;)

I just did Miki2010 with HDRI lighting, some tweaks to the shaders for Cycles and Superfly use ( tip of the hat to Vince Bagna)

I couldn't find a jessie in my runtime. I did find a jessi, though. Is mine a later version or did her name evolve over time?
hborre posted Sun, 06 October 2019 at 9:01 AM
There are 2 Jessi's, one that was initially released with Poser which the angel belongs to, and the second a Content Paradise release called JessiG2, part of the generation 2 series of figures which include JamesG2, KelvinG2, KojiG2, and OliviaG2.

This a render I made years ago with Rokket's Wonder Woman costume using OliviaG2 as my model. An Afro Wonder Woman.
quietrob posted Sun, 06 October 2019 at 9:23 AM
Dude! That is freakin' awesome. rokket makes the best stuff and that first pose I could feel that Power and strength. I like Afro american Wonder Woman. Heh, in the DC multiverse, she's probably canon somewhere!
hborre posted Sun, 06 October 2019 at 10:22 AM
Thanks. Rokket does make premium stuff. I wish he would release more content for me to play with. Yeah, Olivia is perfect. Her morphs are spot on. The cosplay is originally for Sydney and it fits perfectly with Olivia. Just went back and generated a set of Superfly textures for it.
