I just installed the latest Mac Version of Poser 11.2.379, I believe, and it's made things much worse. It can't find any of the files, so I won't open any of my saved scenes. I still have the installers for the first Bondware version. So, what I'm asking is, can I install that first version over the latest version? Will it create any problems?

Have you submitted a ticket?

Perhaps restoring your preferences from the previously installed version? I believe the Mac installer creates a date/time stamped folder with a backup of your preferences during installation. That might resolve some of the issues.

Well, I resolved it, I think, by reinstalling the older, first Macintosh version of Poser 11.2 that Bondware/Renderosity released, 11.2.276, I think. Sorry, but I just could not get anywhere with the latest release. It couldn't even find the Geometries/DAZ People/milmann4.obj file (or however it's titled), the basic file for M4. When I'd stop looking for files, the scene would open and everything in it would be black, with a little outline of where the figure should be. No, I didn't submit a ticket. Where would I submit a ticket. But, thank you for trying to help.

Well, glad to hear you sorted things out. To answer your final question though, I thought by now everyone knew where to submit a ticket for support:
