Subject: Ended up paying twice for a product due to issues on Black Friday

I ended up paying twice for a product due to issues with either Renderosity and/or Paypal on Black Friday and I have sent an email to have one of the charges refunded but I have not heard anything. Who do I contact directly to have this taken care of?
