Try a Control G to hide the Sky dome/background.
Render with Superfly for the HDRI

These background images are HDRI Images. If you like to use them, you need an "environmental sphere". The easiest way is when you use EZ Dome from Snarlygribbly. The Link is: http://poser.snarlygribbly.org One tip when you scale up the inner "sphere" the backround immage "looks" closer and when you scale it down the backround "looks" more fare away.

Snarly's EZDome can be used for HDRI straight off but may require further processing through the SIBL Edit program. Your best bet is BBs Environmental Dome which will use HDRI directly through the Material Room. This is where you can find it: https://sites.google.com/site/bagginsbill/free-stuff. Snarly's app is based on Bagginsbill's script.
