I bought new system, an ASUS Strix 64bit 16G DDR4 1TB HD and 256G SSD. No problem with installation. I had my system backed up in the cloud and downloaded everything. I was able to pull up all my content libraries.... BUT when I try to open anything Poser can't find the files. I can't open scenes, models... nothing. Before I backed up my system I removed all the zip download files from the back up, but nothing else. Will I have to download everything all over again? Also, in the interest of full disclosure I am having a Windows 10 activation problem which I have contacted the dealer to assist me with (somehow Windows can't read my product key). With all this, what course of action should I take? I waited 7 days for the download. I am not going to cry over having to put in more time to get it together. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
