Started with order #113424391 placed November 29th, 2019. Paypal was acting funny at the time. Now not unable to download older items either. I tried 2 as a test. Tried buying a new computer mouse, which fixed some other problems but not this. I was starting to accept that I lost $16 and change, but now the future looks dark. It's like I'm being blocked. Supposedly it shows I've downloaded many times, but they sure didn't wind up on my computer. I know what a successful download looks like, and I don't get the usual cues anymore.

One question . . . what OS are you running on your computer, and is it relatively new? The reason I ask is, I bought a new computer a couple of months ago, because 1) my old one was dying, and 2) Win7 Pro wasn't going to be supported anymore.
What I discovered is, if I left-click on the Download link, as I always used to do, Win10 Pro automatically downloads it to the Downloads folder, so now I have to be careful to right-click and choose Save Link As. That way I can place my downloads in the appropriate downloads folder, IOW, my Renderosity downloads folder. I don't know how you sort your downloads from this site, and/or other sites, and was wondering if this could be what's happening to your downloads. If you have Win10 Pro, go to your Downloads folder and see if they are there, because this is exactly what I thought was happening to me as well.

Hi,
All of your downloads have been reset. You should be good to go.

Thank you Brittany, I tried, but it's still the same. I could try restarting my computer. I would think my computer was crazy, but this started the second PayPal went crazy in November, after 20 years of no problem at Renderosity. Thanks Miss B, I'll look into that. I've been running Windows 7 for 8 years, and haven't changed. They used to go into my downloads folder. It's the first place I look. Now I don't even get the usual popup that they are downloading. Nothing.

Ohhh, if you're still using Windows 7, then I don't know what could be causing it. I've never had a problem putting all my downloads in subfolders of the Downloads folder, depending on where I was downloading the file from. It wasn't until I got the new laptop with Win10 Pro that I had to start doing the right-click method in order to be able to place it where I wanted to download to. That way I don't have to go into the Downloads folder, and move each download.
