the store shows that I purchased this product, but I have not been able to download. now I wish to "purchase again" . can someone help me? thanks so much for your time

You should be able to download the product file. When you say "have not been able to download" what do you mean? Are you getting an error? You can find the item under your Account/Purchased Items and use dropdown to sort by vendor or search by product name. I looked and the product files are available. and I have reset your downloads on them. Try downloading now.

it shows that I purchased it so it will not allow me to put it in my cart. when I do a search in my account it shows Sorry. No order history could be found for your account.
I think I inquired about this item long time ago and now the item is Prime Price: 3.75 USD
expires today January 30. that is why I do not mind buying again

You are right. I have the programmer looking at that now. In the meantime....if you use that far right box that says search by and select vendor on [THIS}(https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/account/?ItemList) page it will bring up all products by P3Design and that product is on that page...close to the bottom. You could do a Control/F on the page once you do the search by vendor and put in Rolle it will find it. I tried it.
Not sure why it isn't working on the full name...the programmer is looking at that now.

I feel better that I was able to get a solution from a problem and did not have to purchase again even though I was ready to do so.

I have had problems locating vendors names to give credits in the gallery for some time now. if it is in common with the purchases section, I do not know. also many times when I try to use the enlarged view on the galleries the picture is very small. even smaller than the original pose.
