Since Bondware purchased Poser I have submitted 5 issues on the support portal web site. The first 3 After I have clicked submit I received a message with a number (which I believe is the Ticket Number). However yesterday and today after clicking submit it just takes me to Poser Knowledge base articles. Since I have never received an e-mail acknowledging the tickets I have posted I just wonder if it works and if it is worth my time to keep submitting bugs reports?

Are you having issues using the software or need assistance with something? If you are submitting what you believe to be general bug reports and not a request for help please let me know. I will look for your name in the support system.

It is a general bug report about Layers and Animation. On Friday I submitted the Bug report and yesterday it was a feature improvement request. In the past when I clicked the submit button the page would return a number which are 604, 2044 and 2473. The last two just took me to the general issues page so I have no idea if they actually were submitted or not.
