Subject: Purchase problem

I already sent an email but I wanted to know if I could speed the process along. I tried making a purchase on a couple of items with my friends card on my account. Got a fraud message and the purchase amount is still pending in her account. Meanwhile my cart still has the two items and I wanted to purchase them before the sale ended. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
