Are there actually new posts in it? There's no way to tell, since it's flooded with pinned notices that are mostly out of date, and the most recent allowed browse range ends in November 2019. Maybe it was already dead, but there's no way to tell with the state it's currently in.

The forum is not broken, it's just that there hasn't been anything posted there for a long time. There are a lot of 3dsmax users but they're mainly posting in the gallery.
