I tried to render my latest gallery image in Superfly but used firefly instead because of all that blue.
I really like the reflections in the window but how do I turn it off on the model?
How do I make it look less grainy?

I am not sure this is the answer but that looks like your lights are too bright.
also if those are firefly materials, you will possibly need to edit them.
As for the grainy, there a couple of denoisers out there. Generally speaking the higher the render settings, the less grain there is.

That definitely looks like specular bloom associated with lighting conditions. However, I don't see it everywhere on the model, the pants and the black top are not showing any signs of blooming. You can get this effect when Gamma Correction is incorrectly set to 1 or turned off entirely. It would be interesting to see the render, material, and lighting settings to try to implement corrective suggestions.

It lookl like too much lights with an unsuitable shader. Could you please show us the material, with the node view?

I've only ever done nodes in blender...
This is the default after selecting La Femme's body. Should I sample from another part of the image?

I'm not familar with the spec/gloss method but for everyday materials like wood/cloth/metal the roughness/metal approach will work well since you only set the roughness and the physicalsurface node will do all the math for you. My suggestion would be to unplug the Gloss/Sepcular convertor from both parameters and drive the highlights via the roughness value.
