Weird problem. I created a female character using Roxie and used her in several projects without issue, but suddenly I can no longer morph her (can't make her smile, no custom morphs). I don't want to lose the character as I spent a long time customizing her, but if I can't morph her for scenes, she's useless to me.

I must be missing something. Is there a setting I inadvertently set that might be preventing me from morphing the character?

Thank you.

It's been awhile, but Roxie should already have a smile in her pose library or her parameters dials in her head. Are those not working either?

No, they are no longer functioning

Hmm, I checked. Mine are still working on the non-morphed figure. image.png Do none of the head controls work for her?

She can blink, open her mouth, but can't smile or alter "corners up/down" etc. And no custom morphs on her body work at all

Okay, I'm a little stumped. What version of Poser are you using?

Pro 11

Is Roxie using pmd to contain her morphs? PMD's have been known to become corrupted although some strives have been done to correct that problem. Under General Preferences, check if you are saving figures with 'Using External Morphs' ticked on.

Yes, I'm using external binary morph targets

I don't know if you save your scenes and I'm not quite sure that restoring might correct Roxie. Try importing a saved scene containing Roxie and test her morphs. I have a feeling that the figure might refer back to your saved cr2/pmd and you might not see any corrective changes. It might be worth it but I have my reservations about working.

Same problem with the freestuff Roxanna - limited facial movements as you've described. Tried saving with and without external pmd.
