I'm getting the download limit error also on a product I have never downloaded, and when was a download limit imposed?

Hi.
We have always had the download limit. It has changed in number over the years as to how many is the limit...but always there. 
Your downloads have been reset.

I think the download counter is just counting clicks and not complete downloads - I think I remember trying to download the stuff but my connection sucks and it wouldn't start. Then I forgot about it for a while :) Thanks for your help

happy to help. and yes it counts clicks as it has no way to determine if the download was completed successfully. If you need it reset again just let us know!

I never knew there was a download limit either and I've been shopping here for years. Is there any way to check and see if you're nearing yours, and what is the limit anyway?

I find it odd also, that all the problems seem to be with new orders - so it makes me think the limit is a rather new implementation.

Good morning Ms.Blake. Is it possible that you can reset the download limit on my account as well? Due to a harddrive reset. I had to redownload most of my purchases. Only a few i had problems with downloading due to the limits.Hi.

@leeduva I cannot reset your downloads as you have an unpaid order and it would affect that order as well. If you want to complete that purchase? Or I can remove it from your account and then reset those for you. :smile:
