Heylo,
Super quick question here... Is the figure "Pauline" one based on V4, or is it something else entirely?
I was looking through the marketplace, and saw a lot of items for Pauline. Didn't see the base figure anywhere, though.
Thanks

Pauline is a new figure for Poser. It comes free in Poser content when you buy the software. There is also a male version named Paul, but they are both new and separate meshes.

Oh nice! I saw a lot of stuff I really liked for that figure.
More money to spend! Yay!
Thanks for the info!

Actually, with the newer updates of PoserPro 11.2, Paul and Pauline are in the Legacy downloads. You'll probably find them in the ZZLegacy_PoserFigures.zip download. There's 2 versions of Paul and Pauline. Paul 2 and Pauline 2 are the more recent versions. The original Paul and Pauline have been around for a while.
The newest characters for PoserPro 11.2 are La Femme and L'Homme.
Oh and no, Pauline 2 is not based on V4.

Pauline 2 and Paul 2 were under royalty-free license from previous Smith Micro owners of Poser. Not sure what the current status is under new owner Renderosity.

Oh, right! I had totally forgotten about that, and since I haven't downloaded or installed any of the Legacy items, I didn't remember that.
Thanks for the remind.

They needed some tweaks in the beginning, but I find them to be unique and useful figures with built in personality.
