Subject: ContributerDirectory pyc is freezing up my installation

I am doing a manual installation of my Poser Pro 11.3 Content. My Windows 10 system is not happy dealing with ContributerDirectory (dot) pyc. It freezes at this file. I am changing the file extension to render it unusable.
