My son used his card to purchase an item for me in your store,he did so by logging into my account and going through with the purchase as normal. It said the transaction could not be completed however, when he check his bank account today, the funds were taken from his account, yet the item is still in my cart. The item is Blumi by Nursoda and the price is on sale for $5.60, with exchange rates, since I'm in Canada, $8.19 was taken from his account. I do still want the item and at the price currently listed, stated above. If this can not be done, he wants the funds returned to him. Can you please correct this problem. I also sent off an email I stumbled across for the store. Had trouble finding a way to contact someone about this. Thank You Sea80/CalieVee
