The upper black panel is not my DAZ panel, my panel cannot see same as that black panel.

There have been a lot of changes since Daz Studio 4.6, that is six versions ago.
As for the pose, you may need to edit the weight maps or add morphs that adjust the shape when the joint bends (JCMs) or both.
