Subject: Poser does not recognize my serial number

my hard drive "C drive" had to be formatted to be rid of corrupted files. I went to install Poser today and it says that my serial # does not match my previous.. what version of Poser would be "previous"?

it worked the other day when I installed Poser 11.3 on my old desktop. it did not need the old serial number

Send me an email with your previous serial number, OR the email and name you would have used when installing the previous version. I can find that for you. Send any info you can to jennblake@renderosity.com and I will help you. Be sure to include version of Poser, email used to register and or purchase. Where you purchased the upgrade and what email you used on that purchase as well please? 😄

yes the serial that I am using was for the original Poser 11 which I think has not changed I think. with my hard drive crash I have been more off the deep end not to mention the corona problems

it installed fine and did not need an old licence . thanks again
