Excuse me! If I do item for Genesis3 in DAZ 4.12,which how many versions of DAZ studio can open this item?

You should be able to open the item in all versions that support Genesis generically.

Some specific features are limited, though - e.g. strand based hair or dForce clothing, or Iray materials.
