I usually use the Tool Settings pane to assign and select maps. I had forgotten the option was in the right-click menu at all. If there is at least one map assigned to the item you are working on I don't know why it would not appear in the list, sorry.

Sorry, for dForce you need Create>New dForce Modifier Weight Node then select the map in the Tool Settings pane.

Yes,Cat.I ever post a tile about "dforce pane cannot show" ,but I only find forum has two page,which I cannot read others. And in that tile,you told me need update G8F and click one button to let dforce pane show next,namely show "that triangle next collapse". But I forgot that button. Thanks.

The figure you have selected uses weight-mapped rigging, assuming this a joint you want to edit? And you open the Tool Settings pane and see the area at the bottom for showing the list of maps? is it empty or not? If it is empty, is the button labelled Unused maps just above it? If you click the unused maps button are there any entries in the pop-up menu? If there are, can you select one so that it appears in the list of active maps?
