Excuse me! Where can I get free texture tile to do uvlayout? fabric ,stone, wood,etc. Because if I get it from web image(like bing,google image search) , I will be infringing someone'IP(Intelligence Property).

Just check the licensing carefully before publishing anything; many places do offer royalty free and merchant resource type licenses for free.
