I suspect this figure is Daz studio by the looks of it, I'm interested in obtaining the the chest clothing and the cape, I'm having trouble finding it at Daz

This is a total custom sculpt from top to bottom. It says costume concept at the bottom middle text which means this is by the person listed in bottom right corner. I am pretty sure this was probably created in Zbrush or another modeling program and rendered in Maya...
