Hi Renderers! Does anyone of you made experiences in regard to Vicki 2 and the conformability of textures, conforming props/cothes installed for Vicki 1? Reason I am asking this,is that I am afraid, further PZ3 files saved, might not work properly after installing/overwriting V1 with V2. Thanks for your comments. Paul

V2 does not overwrite V1. It's just a new CR2 that uses the same obj file as V1. Since UV data is stored in the obj, all Vicki1 textures work the exact same with V2 as they do with V1.

JKeller...I beg to differ. I made a bunch of textures for V1...trying to get over that ugliness, that I saw in her. They work just fine with the standard V2...but, not with the v2p4. (I like P4, shoot me.) However, I LOVE V2. Just gonna be alot of work getting the V1 stuff I made onto the V2P4 model.)

I haven't played much with the P4 version so I can't argue with you, but the Vicki P4 character has a seperate obj file, which has nothing to do with the Vicky 1 obj and certainly doesn't overwrite anything.

I had no trouble getting Vicky 1 textures to work on the Vicky P4 character. They worked just fine.

Everything working but the eyebrows. On the ones where I had thin eyebrows...most of them...I get that 3rd eyebrow that I guess is a remnant from the P4 and just cannot figure out how to fix that. The rest is fine...just those eyebrows. I read a thread, somewhere in here about changing the cr2 to take the first eyebrow out, and may end up doing that.

The 3rd 'EyeBrows' material is not assigned to any geometry...so no matter what settings or texture you apply to it, it won't make a difference. It's 'Eyebrows' and 'UpperEyebrows' that are used. Make sure you set UpperEyebrows to 100% transparent and use a transmap for a more realistic look.
