That's close, but not it. The BillyHawk hair is mostly for Generation 3 characters. I only see V4 listed, not M4.
Also, the hair randym77 is looking for has a part on the left side, and the BillyHawk hair doesn't. To me, the BillyHawk hair looks like it's all (or mostly) brushed forward, and the hair randym77 asked, about is flowing backwards.

Thanks! I actually bought both of those hairs 10 years ago, and completely forgot about them. (I really need to organize my Hair runtime.)
It is the Timeless Male Hair. The pointed sideburns give it a very different look from the Billyhawk's squared off sideburns, IMO.
