Hi, I haven't had this issue before, but I am in the habit of checking my reward point status after a purchase to verify how near I am to the next gift card. I've got the same problem with order 113532956 (although I did get 5 e-mails telling me payment had been received!!)

And now I've received an e-mail telling me I have not paid, despite previously having received 5 e-mails telling me it has been paid! (And I've already downloaded it, and been notified by paypal it's been paid) Something is really screwed!

Well, now there is a different problem. The transaction shows in reward points, but two zero values. :0/

Also have this issue I have like 6 notation in my rewards all for 0 points.which I'm assuming are for items across 3 orders.

Hello.

We are working on this issue. We have found the problem and fixed it for any orders going forward. and we are working to ensure all points that should have been given over the last 72 hours are. This only happened when an order had to be manually marked as paid due to paypal's issues over the weekend. Thank you for your patience. And truly sorry for the trouble.
