I'm getting a download limit on a few of the items I have for some reason. Others were downloaded more or the same from the same vendor with no problems. Could i get a reset on the download limit. Thanks.

can i get a reset ? i cant download anything new pc, i only was able to once or twice on the old pc
i tried many times but network eror an then i got to start agian
