To be perfectly honest, I don't think you're going to find too many free hairpieces anywhere. You can try a search in the Rendo free section. The only other sites are DAZ3D free section and Sharecg.com. You will need to conduct a search at both sites to get what you want.

Your best bet is to watch the DAZ Store "freebies" page, which now updates about once a month. About four or five times a year you will find there free Genesis 1 or 2 male hair, sometimes buried inside larger combo packs for older figures. With a little jiggling these could be fitted to Genesis 8.

Yep not easy to find free male haird for G8M, but anyways, This is a free hair for G8 Male I created a while ago, it is available here in the freestuff section of Rendo, Link is below ?:
