I am not a prime member, but tbh... when I see this, it does not really bait me to become a prime member, I assume prime members have to pay the higher price? xD

No. Prime members always get the lowest price. If you put the item in your cart you will see the $5.58 price.

A Prime price is always available to Prime members. The sometimes lower sale price is available for a limited time.
