If I select a light or camera, and I render the scene in sketch mode, the arrows and circles of the preview window also get rendered. If I don't selecte light or camera but other component of the scene, the sketch render result is as expected.

It happens for the Comic Book Preview mode too. There's a script to put on a toolbar and it fixes this with one click (and without turning off the lights). Google Search for "Poser: how to toggle all scene lights when making Preview renders".
