On thursday, 17 September, I placed an order for five products. Renderosity received my payment in full ($30.24) from my card, but the products are still listed as unpurchased. In fact, they are still in my shopping cart.
The total for the purchase was based on a sale that has since expired, as well as on a coupon that has likewise expired, and on a gift certificate of $5 that the Renderosity system has not used.
I would greatly appreciate having those five products placed into my purchased items list and made available -- and for Renderosity to cash my gift certificate that was supposed to help pay for those products.

No, there is no receipt and no order number. The system took my money, but refused to acknowledge that any sale had taken place. That's why the products are still, even now, remaining in my shopping cart, five days later.
You should be able to verify that Renderosity did, in fact, receive $30.24 from me. It is confirmed by my bank.

If a charge is showing on your card, but there is no order you probably saw an error when ordering? That is a HOLD on your card and will fall off in 3 - 7 business days as no order was created or paid for. If there is no order number, that means there is no order.
